As an Analyst, you will join a project team of high performers who will catalyse your learning and development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will learn fundamental consulting skills such as problem solving, data analysis and effective communications.

As you hone these skills through project work, you will be promoted to the Senior Analyst role with more complex tasks, and as you have mastered the basic skills, you will be promoted to the Consultant role responsible for a significant part of the project, together with greater role in team development and client engagements.

Analysts usually join us from top-tier universities with a proven track record of excellence in their academic and extra-curricular activities.
Senior Analysts usually join us with 2-3 years of consulting or relevant work experience, while Consultants usually join us after 3-5 years into their careers.
As an Associate Manager, you will manage a full-fledged project at FRONTIS to ensure success not only for your client but also for your team. This typically means you will be solving more complex problems for our clients from the project initiation to project delivery, driving meetings with senior stakeholders, together with enabling your team to achieve excellence in their work and catalyzing their professional and personal growth.

As you grow, you will be promoted to the Manager and Senior Manager roles respectively to be able to manage more complex projects as well as work with ambiguity to shape project approaches and engage client senior executives.
As Associate Directors and Directors, you will join FRONTIS Leadership Team to manage a significant part of our organization. This typically includes driving relationships with top management of our clients as their trusted advisors, and at the same time, generate growth for FRONTIS. You will have an extended role in coaching future leaders of the organizations, and also are known to be an expert in more than one area as a thought leader.

Managing Partners define the direction and make key decisions for FRONTIS. They typically bring insightful experience to our clients’ most complex issues, combined with clarity and inspiration for the whole organization. As a Managing Partner, your main task will be to drive growth at FRONTIS – making our clients and our people successful in every way.
