Responsibilities:
- Join a project team of high performing people, who will catalyze each other to develop, grow and achieve great things together
- Understand client context and business requirements by conducting interviews and focus groups with stakeholders such as clients and subject matter experts
- Propose technology solutions, translate business requirement into functional design
- Develop high quality work outputs such as presentation slides, solution plan, functional design & specification documents, test reports, training materials, etc.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect input, organize meetings, workshops
- Manage relationships with clients as well as manage project work plan
- For Team Leads, you also lead a team of 3-4 members.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Software or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields
- 6-12 years of experience as IT & Digital Solutions BA
- Interest in Technology Consulting & System Development type of work
- Excellent analytical, organization, communication, and collaboration skills with high professionalism
- Passion to learn new skills and understand new technology at pace and with structure
- Understanding and desire to work on business solution design & recommendation, requirement gathering and requirement specification development
- Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
